My dermatologist recommended Sunday Afternoons and I ’ m really glad she did. For health reasons, more than ever, I need to really hide from sun exposure but I am not one to just stay inside. I ’ m usually an Akubra girl, but the Adventure Hat has better coverage and the ventilation makes it so much more comfortable in these increasingly hot summer days. It ’s sturdy, comfortable and adjustable. The chin strap is effective and keeps the hat on even in a strong gust. It ’s attractive too; I ’ ve had many compliments on it and it even inspired my cousin to buy a couple Sunday Afternoon hats for herself. It is unquestionably an all- around great hat.

I bought this balaclava for KC Chiefs game and then for snow skiing. Most balaclavas I have tried are way too hot and cover too much of the face. This Micro Clava is the perfect thickness for a person who is seldom cold and bleeds a lot of heat, so when it is cold enough to require head and neck covering this hood fits the bill perfectly. The face opening of this clava is large enough that I can comfortably wear it without covering my nose and mouth.

The lining will 99% block the wind from the top of your ears up. But since the lining stops there, When I rolled the sides down to cover my ears, it allowed wind( and cold) to hit my ears.
