I have worn it mostly casually out and about since I don ’ t usually workout in tank tops, but if you do, this would be a perfect option since it is a nice sweat wicking material. Some other pros for me are that the tank top is full length( getting a little sick of everything I own being cropped haha), it ’s high neck so I feel covered enough, and it ’s not tight and clingy to my body( hence the comfort!)
