I 'm a tennis player& wear these leggings under a tennis skirt. In winter my outdoor tennis playing requires long leggings& long sleeves. The ColdGear Leggings material has a nice thickness, feels durable, has compression& is soft to the touch inside& out. The waistband is well designed. I like my athletic waistbands around my hip bones; therefore, I adjust all my legging waistbands to personal comfort. I 'm 5' 6 '' _112lbs. I wear UA x- small to be as fitted as possible. I ordered Tall because I like to cover my ankles. This length is about 3/4 '' too long on me, but not a bother since they 're leggings. I like these leggings very much for: Tennis- the compression feels great around my knees& hamstrings. Light Activity- softness, warmth& durability. Lounging- softness& the compression is helpful for circulation.
