I 'm usually a large men's and a medium fit me perfectly and very loose which is what I wanted. I needed substantial weight and space for my workouts- I noticed shoulders were getting tighter on my other shirts and this gave me space to breathe. If you have wide hips or a belly the cut is generous and wo n't hug down low either. Breathes well even in hot weather( i do n't get overheated while wearing it) but this is not a performance shirt so if you need the best I 'd recommend a thinner fabric. 10/10- I bought 3 and immediately bought 2 more. When they go on sale I 'll buy even more hehe

[ I was a little concerned that I would never wear this. However, this has become my new go to cover up after hot yoga or when coming inside for a run. I prefer to wear it unbuttoned over my workout top or sportsbra. It doesn ’ t make me hot but protects me from the blowing air conditioner when I ’ m sweaty. A detail I love is the cuff, it is only half pleated with elastic so it gives a feminine detail. The only thing that bothers me is the material is loud. It feels great on but the sound reminds me of the old “ swishy ” track suits. It does run a little over sized I usually wear a small, and this small feels like I could wear this as a bathing suit cover up in the summer.

The fabric feels very very nice it ’s like a very soft cotton that keeps you warm. The design is pretty boxy and simple, with the Nike logo on the chest area, giving a simple polo look with the button down and collar. Can be dressed up or down if necessary. The comfort this shirt gives is definitely my favorite thing. Plus, the only thing I ’ d change is to make it a bit more tailored so it looks nicer fitting, but overall it ’s a great polo shirt.
