I bought these in white in XL and then in black in L. I like pants loose at the waist and need a long rise. I also got the short length, which sit at my instep( 5' 4 ''). The black ones in the L fit better as to the rise and volume of the legs, but I prefer the looser waist on the XL. I wish designers would give up the hourglass myth of women's bodies: If one needs a L for the hips, one probably does not have a 32 '' waist. The drawstring makes these wearable. Both are comfortable, though, and very light. So I will probably wear the black ones out more, and keep wearing the white ones around the house. Very comfortable style and fabric. I find myself wearing these most days in the Florida warm temps. Very nicely made, as well. I marked `` runs small '' because the elastic at the waist, IMO, should be about 2 inches larger. Very glad to have found this brand. CALIA.

[ I can ’ t say enough great things about the Nike Chill Sweatpants. I feel like these pants are the perfect blend of leggings( based on the slimmer fit and high rise), joggers( taper on the ankles), and sweatpants( warmth for spring/fall not heavy like for winter). I ’ ve thrown these on to wear around the house( think Netflix and Chill); running kiddos to the bus stop; dressed up with cropped top and denim jacket. I appreciate the color because I like wearing lighter colors, but as a mom of 7 little kids, I 'm always afraid that will be noticeably dirty or stained too quickly. Thankfully, these pants stood the test of sticky little fingers and mom work! While I did experience getting them dirty, the marks and stickiness washed out easily and left no mark! I 'm VERY happy with the fabric quality in this regard. Some more pros of these pants: 1) they fit true to size( I got size small and I 'm 5' 8 '' 125lbs) with room to move. 2) The waist is the perfect mid/high rise for comfort. 3) The detailing makes them look much more polished than typical sweatpants. 4) The lightweight material is great for layering over running tights/shorts for layered workouts and truly does breathe well. 5) The thicker waistband is ideal for not having a pinch point on my waist when bending and lifting. Some cons: 1) the material is more coarse on the inside- it's not plush or soft. This is good for moisture- wicking, but not the most comfortable for lounging( so just be advised because I feel the title of `` sweatpants '' made me assume they would be cozier). 2) they run a bit shorter than I prefer( size small, 5' 8 '') and end about jogger length 3) the lightweight fabric is very breathable, but not `` warm '' or cozy like the title `` sweatpants '' implies to me- they are more of a tech sweatpant. Overall I really like them and the fact that they are easy clean and can transfer from home to workout so easily and with such style makes them a great purchase in my book!

I am 5' 8/179 pounds, typically wear a size 12 in jeans), fit is preferred by being slightly loose round my calves, thighs and glutes, and the ultra high- waist is comfortable regardless if sitting or standing. The fabric is light weight and amazingly soft, though rather transparent and would require either skin color undergarments, leggings or spandex underneath. I 'd consider these a perfect pair of sweats for spring/summer time running errands or relaxing around the house( any time of year). Overall I 'd recommend highly, especially due to fabric weight and softness.
