[ I have now worn these black Dri Fit pants with adjustable ankle elastic several times. It took me a minute to figure out that after I tighten the elastic, I need to hide the cinches by tucking them into the pants at the ankle. I would like a more elegant solution for that, but it was really nice to be able to adjust the ankle fit. The pants are versatile. I ’ ve worn them out walking in various temps and they kept me perfectly comfortable. I expect that they will be really nice for indoor workouts as well. I wore them kayaking on a warm day and they not only kept me cool but also kept me pretty dry! The pants look great with a minimal tee or tank top. I have also worn them with a sweatshirt when it was cooler. I ’ m at the point now where I just throw them into my travel bag no matter where I ’ m going, because they are likely going to be useful.

I pull them up when I need to cool down or to put on my shinguards, socks, cleats and/or running shoes. I love the high waist and it ’s just enough tightness to keep them up but not too tight so I can ’ t pull them down and take them off easily. I had hoped these would work for me. Nice stretch and lightweight. I prefer at least one zipper pocket for safe storage of keys, cash or cards for outdoor activities or travel, and these had none. The waist was too small for me. I typically wear a size 10 and have an athletic body shape- no waist and straight up and down. They will be a cropped pant leg if you have longer legs. Five stars because theses are my personal issues and no fault of the pants.

[ I love these pants. It has a texture of a windbreaker so if your thighs touch you will hear the ‘ swish- swish ’ sound as you walk but that doesn ’ t bother me. It ’s cold where I stay and these keep me warm enough outside. My hips are significantly wider than my hips and I normally wear a size XL due to my hips being wider but the string pulls the waist in fine. I also do love the extra room in the waist so that I could wear a pair of leggings underneath for extra warmth. Love the design of the pants. I love it when the logo is noticeable and the seams showing on the front and sides adds details. Whoever was in the lab with this design was top tier! The only thing I would change is the pull string to make the wide- leg into joggers. It ’s a little difficult to pull into joggers then hide the string but i love it as wide leg and still give the product 5 stars and highly recommend.
