Super easy assembly and set up. Looks to be very high quality. Treadmill is very smooth and quiet! I use it mainly for walking as I 'm not much of a runner. When I do run, I normally run at 45 to 50 miles per hour so this treadmill would probably burn up at those speeds. I 'll just run outside if I want to, but not during fire season as I would hate to create a high speed spark and start a fire.
