The only negatives are this item snags very easily and does not fit perfectly…it is too loose on the midsection, but I still have not found anything I like better. As mentioned, this bra is for medium support so I do n't wear this model for running but it's great for low impact cardio, elliptical and weight training workouts, as well as just everyday use. I have followed the directions for washing and avoid using the dryer to dry after washing.

Perfect sports bra for me!! Normally I am a 36B yet I decided to try this bra in a 36C. It worked like a charm. I 've also needed to move away from the overhead bras which do not have the hook and eye closure because of ailing shoulder rotator cuffs. The BEST thing about this sports bra is the padding on the underside of the shoulder straps which make for a very comfortable workout. This feature alone makes this sports bra a true champion! I plan to purchase another one, too.
