I 've tried various cups and shorts for karate, and these are by far the most comfortable. The cup is soft but sturdy, and offers great protection for those unexpected blows( also machine washable). The shorts are fantastic, and feature Shock Doctor's Ultra Cup Retention System, which is by far the best I 've seen for maintaining cup position. There is a flap at the top of the cup pocket for keeping the cup down and straps at the base of the pocket which go under and connect to the back, keeping the pocket pulled back. The cup never strayed, even during squats, kicks, or sprints. If you want consistent, comfortable protection, this cup/short combo will do the trick.

Even with it being a bit more stretched on me, the fit still kept the girls lifted and supported, which is impressive. The fabric is soft, smooth, and honestly comfortable enough to wear all day. I usually struggle with sports bras rolling up while I ’ m putting them on, but this one slid on easily with no fight at all. It also didn ’ t dig into my shoulders, which is rare for me. [ The most comfortable sports bra I have owned to this day! When I received the bra it seems like it was really small( I wear a small received a small). However the bra has great stretch and for it to be considered medium compact I really feel like this is a high impact sports bra in my eyes. The dry fit feel in the bra is also a plus. I completed a hot yoga class with the bra and I ’ m usually really itchy in the breast area because of sweat but not with this bra. One thing I really wish is that this bra was adjustable in the shoulders also the opening in the back I wish there was adjustable adjustable strap as well. I love the color I received as well. I have attached pictures of the bra below but couldn ’ t get a good appropriate picture of me wearing the bra! However I need every color and may size up to get rid of the tightness in the back.

I 've bought many Calia sports bras and this the best adjustable one they have made so far. I wear a 32D and the small fits great. The band is tight and there is n't too much cleavage compared to other sports bras. Previous Calia bras I 've bought had problems with the elastic coming out after a few washes. I 've had this one for a few months and it is still in perfect condition. One thing I wish this brand would do is get rid of the tags. Every now and then the tag pokes me when I 'm working out.

I ’ m a 34B and wear a size small. I have similar Nike sports bras that I ’ ve had for years and still wear, but that don ’ t have padding. I really love this sports bra and that the padding is built in. It ’s just the right amount to prevent my nipples from poking through. I feel like it ’s true to size. It ’s tight but in the way I prefer to keep my small boobs in place while running. Since it is a tight sports bra, I rated it as not that comfortable.

I ’ m a trainer that loves to perform box jumps, squats, and burpees so it was super beneficial that my Armour bottoms had the No- slip waistband!
