I have been waiting for a hooded version of a packable puffer that was still cute, and after enjoying other Halfdays products for skiing, I was excited when I saw this in their spring collection this year. This jacket arrived several weeks ago and has been great for everything I 've thrown at it! It has kept me warm, dry, and cute on rainy commutes to work, mulching my garden, and taking my dog on a field trip to our local forest preserves. It has been comfortable in temps as low as 35 and as high as 65 or so for me, personally. I love how lightweight it is, and that is compacts down if it warms up during the day and I need to pack it away for my commute home. It is also roomy enough for layering underneath, and I enjoy the big pocket for storage in the back. 10/10 would recommend.

I am obsessed with the Bessie Packable Jacket. It ’s everything I didn ’ t know I needed — lightweight, incredibly warm for how thin it is, and so easy to travel with. I love how it packs into itself and even turns into a pillow( seriously genius for flights or road trips). The fit is relaxed but still flattering, and the cinch at the waist gives it shape when I want it. I ’ ve worn it in rain, wind, and chilly mornings, and it holds up perfectly. The recycled materials are a huge plus — I feel good wearing it in more ways than one! Also, shoutout to the pockets — there are more than enough and they ’ re actually functional. This jacket goes everywhere with me now. Can ’ t recommend it enough!

This jacket definitely rivals my Patagonia nanopuffer in warmth and comfort. The color is a perfect shade of brown IMO. I 'm 5'10 '' and it hits right at my waist. I wound up going with a size small because it's rather boxy( I 'm usually a M/L). Great travel jacket that packs down into nothing. Even wore it out into the rain and I stayed remarkably dry. Granted, I was running from the car to the store, but enough that I would 've felt it had it not been water resistant. I would definitely recommend. This brand is new to me, but I 'm now excited to see what else they got cookin'.

Super cute color and a comfy fit- it is a little boxy but that works for my frame and style. Fits true to size- could probably size down for a more fitted look.

This branding is minimal, and it allows for me to pair the jacket with various pieces in my wardrobe, whether I ’ m going for a casual or a bit of a dressier

[ Absolutely love this coat. It ’s a tad bit loose fitting, which I love. It makes wearing a sweater underneath more comfortable. The slight crop gives it a nice feminine feeling. It also keeps me very warm.

[ This jacket is at the intersection of fashion and function. I ’ m loving the stylish cropped, boxy cut. The oversized fit allows room for layering underneath on those extra chilly days. I ’ m a fan of the large- sized hood: it ’s perfect for when my lion ’s mane is down or pulled back. I appreciate the snaps on the two pockets at the sides. The pockets easily fit my hands or my everyday essentials( phone, wallet, keys). There is a small Swoosh logo that ’s embroidered over the chest. This branding is minimal, and it allows for me to pair the jacket with various pieces in my wardrobe, whether I ’ m going for a casual or a bit of a dressier look. I ’ m on the petite side and typically wear a medium in Nike tops. I would recommend sizing down in this jacket, due to its oversized fit. I would prefer zippers over snaps for the side pockets, just for that extra security for my small items when I ’ m out and about. I live in New England, so this puffer jacket will certainly keep me warm and cozy this upcoming winter! I know I ’ ll be protected against the winter conditions with this water repellent jacket. It ’s a very puffy and soft jacket, almost like a sleeping bag.

[ I actually love this jacket! It is really cute. It ’s the perfect fit. It doesn ’ t have a lot of stretch but I still love it. It is puffy and feels soft. It ’s perfect for keeping you warm. I also really love the design because it reminds me of a cloud. I ’ m really glad it comes with a hood too.

[ The jacket is lightweight and it's perfect for those days when you need a bit of warmth but do n't want something heavy weighing you down. Plus, it's surprisingly warm for its weight, so it's great for those unpredictable weather days. The jacket has a loose fit and a short torso, which I find perfect for layering. I can easily throw on a sweater or hoodie underneath without feeling restricted. Overall, if you 're looking for a jacket that's cozy, lightweight, and allows for layering, this one is definitely worth checking out. It's become a staple in my wardrobe for sure!

[ Nike out did themselves with this one. I am so in love with this jacket. Not only is it lightweight, it is also super cozy. Will keep you warm and cool at the same time. The length of the jacket is my favorite part. Super stylist and will have you right. Perfect fit. Not too big or too small. I love the feel of it and quality is on point. You can layer under. You have a hood of needed and pockets. I would not change nothing about the jacket. It's so great as is. Highly recommend. It will not disappoint.

[ Bought for wife. High quality wool is so soft, not itchy. 5'- 4 '' 130 lbs, bought size L cuz she likes her sweaters a bit looser and often layers them over long sleeve shirts. Perfect for her.

[ I waited for the price to come down on this, and my patience was rewarded. This is my second Waypoint Crew purchase. They are exceedingly soft and warm. I think they 're so soft that they do n't feel like wool, but I also love that they are 100% merino, and is one of the main reasons I purchased. This one looks really smart too, with the dark colored contrasting cuffs and collar. Love it.
Winter going out clothes are often made from a variety of materials designed to provide warmth and comfort. Common materials include synthetic fabrics like polyester and nylon, which offer insulation and water resistance. Natural fibers such as wool and cotton are also popular for their breathability and softness. Additionally, many winter garments incorporate features like down or synthetic insulation to enhance warmth without adding bulk.
To choose the right size for winter going out clothes, it's important to consider both your measurements and the fit you prefer. Start by measuring your bust, waist, and hips, and compare these measurements to the sizing chart provided by the brand. Keep in mind that layering is common in winter, so you may want to select a size that allows for additional clothing underneath. Additionally, consider the style of the garment, as some may have a more relaxed fit while others are tailored.
When selecting winter going out clothes for warmth, consider materials that provide insulation, such as down or synthetic fills, which trap heat effectively. Look for styles that include features like adjustable hoods, cuffs, and hemlines to help retain warmth. Additionally, layering options, such as sweaters or thermal tops, can enhance comfort and versatility in colder conditions. Waterproof or wind-resistant fabrics can also be beneficial for staying warm in harsh weather.
For formal occasions during winter, styles that combine elegance with warmth are ideal. Look for tailored coats, sophisticated puffer jackets, and stylish sweaters that can be layered. Fabrics like wool, cashmere, and high-quality synthetics offer both comfort and a polished appearance. Accessories such as scarves and gloves can enhance the overall look while providing additional warmth.
Winter going out clothes are designed to combine style with functionality, making them suitable for social events or outings in colder weather. Unlike regular winter wear, which often prioritizes warmth and practicality, these garments often feature fashionable cuts, trendy materials, and unique designs that enhance your overall look. They may also incorporate elements like packability or layering options, allowing for versatility while still providing adequate insulation against the cold. Overall, winter going out clothes aim to keep you warm while ensuring you look stylish during your winter activities.
When creating winter going out outfits, layering is key for both style and warmth. Start with a base layer, such as a fitted long-sleeve top or thermal shirt, to provide insulation. Add a mid-layer like a cozy sweater or fleece for extra warmth, and finish with an outer layer, such as a stylish puffer jacket or a chic coat, to protect against the elements. Accessories like scarves and hats can also enhance your look while providing additional warmth.
To ensure comfort while wearing winter going out clothes, focus on layering your outfits with breathable and moisture-wicking materials. Choose pieces that allow for ease of movement and provide adequate insulation without being overly bulky. Additionally, consider the fit of your clothing; items that are too tight can restrict movement, while those that are too loose may not provide the warmth you need. Lastly, pay attention to the weather conditions and select appropriate outerwear to protect against wind and cold.
This winter, popular color trends for going out clothes include rich jewel tones like emerald green and deep burgundy, which add a touch of elegance to any outfit. Earthy neutrals such as taupe and olive are also in vogue, providing versatility and warmth. Additionally, classic shades like black and navy remain staples, often paired with bold accents or patterns for a modern twist. These colors not only reflect the season's aesthetic but also allow for easy mixing and matching.
When selecting winter going out clothes, consider materials that provide warmth while also being breathable and comfortable. Look for versatile styles that can be layered, allowing you to adapt to changing temperatures. Additionally, choose pieces with functional features, such as pockets or water-resistant fabrics, to enhance practicality without sacrificing style. Opt for colors and patterns that reflect your personal aesthetic, ensuring you feel confident and fashionable during your outings.
