I usually do n't like exercising in long- sleeve shirts because they can be overwhelming/can get too hot too fast. This one is still light and not too much even on a hard workout day. Definitely recommend! Same material as my favorite short- sleeve On tees!

A new staple in my running apparel- this top is incredibly lightweight and versatile. It is not a long shirt, but I am shorter, so I really liked the length( not cropped either). It is SPF 50, dry wicking. I like that I can go on longer runs in preparation for my half marathon and not feel uncomfortable. While it is long sleeve, it is not a cold weather shirt. It looks nice on too, so if you ’ re running errands before you get moving you will still look cute and stylish.

I got this in black and the cream colors. The cream has a yellow undertone, I do wish it was a bit more neutral. The shirts are hip length so i will wear them with pants, skirts and shorts. I can ’ t get enough of bamboo, and as a mostly wool wearer( year round) that is saying a lot about the comfort of these shirts. The ribbing makes them a little less drapey but that is ok. I 'm 5' 6 '', 125 lbs and got this in the XS in white. I wanted a loose, long- sleeve tee that is light but not too light. This tee is definitely that, given the low cotton content. I usually buy XS in Nike clothes and considered going with the XXS. But the XS has a nice drape to it. I would suggest sizing down only if you want it to be more fitted. The top is a bit longer than I hoped it would be, so tall folks will be happy with it. I can get it hemmed, of course, but will likely wear it with bike shorts or tights, so I do n't know that I 'll bother. I 'd get another color if they currently had one that I liked.
