The edging makes the top feel feminine just the way I want it to-- I like doing athletic things with the boys, but I do n't want to dress like them. This top helps me stay covered without feeling frumpy( I 'm in my mid- forties). I have a 36 '' chest, 30 '' waist, and 40 '' hips. I wear a size M comfortably. It does not wear too baggy for the look, nor is it too tight at all. Given the forgiveness and stretch of the fabric, I could imagine sizing down without much issue, but I do n't want to wear this piece tighter.

I bought this top a few weeks ago and so far I have worn it only once to ski in the East coast. I can not emphasize how warm and cosy these Halfdays inner layers! I never feel cold on the slopes even when I am not actively skiing. The color is also perfect and goes well with almost anything! I can ’ t wait for more colors to come out! FYI I am usually an XS but I bought the top in S because they ran out of XS for this specific color. I initially thought S would be too small for me( it looked small) but it turned out to be just a little bit bigger than the usual fitted look an XS would have. I think the top is definitely true to size so I would recommend getting your regular size.
