For sizing, I 'm 5' 8 ''/ 115lb and typically XS in all Prana- ordered both XS and S, keeping XS as sleeves& torso are just long enough. Note that washing instructions are hand wash/line dry, so pretty delicate for a poly blend. Next year, PLEASE ADD KANGAROO POCKET. Otherwise absolutely love.
