I used to be really big into yoga and Pilates which forced me to stretch regularly. Then life happened, my focus changed and I stopped but I missed the stretch. As you can see in my pics my hips are TIGHT. But not for long. Most people use yoga blocks for only yoga poses and forget how helpful they are for stretching. This block is light weight and offers 3 levels of stretch or use. Flat for beginners, side for medium and upright for those with a little more flexibility.
