My daughter plays soccer and some times my boys bring it to sit on during the soccer games. I 'm 5 '' 8 and I have plenty of room on this mat! I would most definitely recommend this product!

[ When opening the yoga mat I noticed that it had no odor. Alot of times mats have a chemical odor. I was pleased this does not. I use it for HIIT workouts, yoga and pilates. It is non slip and is very protective on a hard floor. Highly recommend.
