I 've bought many Calia sports bras and this the best adjustable one they have made so far. I wear a 32D and the small fits great. The band is tight and there is n't too much cleavage compared to other sports bras. Previous Calia bras I 've bought had problems with the elastic coming out after a few washes. I 've had this one for a few months and it is still in perfect condition. One thing I wish this brand would do is get rid of the tags. Every now and then the tag pokes me when I 'm working out.

The faux fly and back pocket make these superrrr versatile. They do not flare out much at the thigh which I like. These fit true to size for me. Having a waistband you can cinch is clutch too. These handled leg day with ease- no restrictions! The woven fabric feels great to the touch and wicks moisture crazy fast. If you are looking for shorts you can wear to the gym, but also can somehow look good enough to rock a polo with- these are them. Very impressive!

[ I am in love with these leggings! I am a 39yo, 118lb, 5 ft 5 '' female, usually wearing a maximum UK size 8, but often fluctuate with water weight, so Nike sizing of small( 8- 10) always covers all of the ups and downs for me as the XS( 4- 6) is usually too small. I spend at least 4 days a week in the gym, combining cardio( usually running), and resistance training with free weights and machines, so most of life is spent wearing leggings, including in my day to day life as a busy mum. Nike have always been my favourite brand for activewear because the styles, quality and functionality crossing over from activewear to fashionwear are unrivaled, but more recently, my preference for gym leggings is definitely as high waist as possible- this is partly due to my age and evolving preference for everything to be tucked in nowadays, but also because the support and positioning of high waisted leggings is vital for running and the variability in movement during resistance training. These Nike Zenvy leggings tick all of the boxes- they are so incredibly supportive without causing any restriction at all, they stay high and secured above the waist no matter the exercise, they 're a vibrant, striking colour and are beautifully soft and smooth, they 're genuinely like a second skin- you barely feel like you 're wearing them, comfortable, breathable, no tightness or cutting in at all, just streamlining and supporting your body in all the right places. Squats and lunges, running, stretching, the school run, hiking, shopping, whatever you 're doing, these leggings are perfect- they 're not a distraction to your activity and leave you with nothing but body confidence. I would genuinely change nothing about them, but my only concern is how well they wash and stand up to repetitive friction over time, as this super soft material makes me feel it has the potential to bobble very slightly over time, but it has n't happened yet! Off to buy more colours...!

[ The Nike Zeny mid- rise 7/8 leggings give a streamlined look to anyone wanting to be able to move more freely. The Infina soft fabric is lightweight which made them a perfect choice for taking part in a recent Reformer Pilates Class. The Dri- FIT Technology kept me dry during the whole class by reducing the sweat against my skin plus they were extremely comfortable. I would definitely like to see more colours in this design as they smooth the waist aswell as reduce rolling, pinching and sliding. At least 50% of this product is recycled polyester fibres so it made them an even better choice for everyday wear although I would like to see a full length version too!

Not only do these cover both bases but the material is so light, soft and comfy. This yoga mat is so perfect! Very durable and solid materials. It lays flat when you first unroll it, not like flimsy ones that roll up on the corners. It stays in place with each yoga move. The color is beautiful. It is thick and cushioned so your knees and elbows don ’ t feel like they are digging into the floor. I would buy one in every color! The only slight negative is it is a little heavy, not bad but I was just surprised when I picked it up.

I love this Yoga Mat! It's super great for at home workouts. I work out at home 4- 5 times a week. I had another yoga mat that was squishier, but this one is better in more ways. I like that this yoga mat stays in place and does n't slip around while I 'm doing mountain climbers, or other exercises. It's not as squishy when I 'm doing pushups on my knees, but maybe I need to do regular pushups from now on! It's comfortable enough for crunches, but great for yoga as well.

The pants are made with modal, cotton, lyocell, and spandex and have a smooth brushed feeling on the outside and a soft fleece feeling on the inside. The elastic around the bottom cuffs are perfect.. not too tight and constricting like some other sweats I ’ ve had, but also good at keeping the pant legs in place. I haven ’ t worn them for anything but normal daily wear, but seem like they would be a nice pair to jog in. Let me start by saying that I was looking for a reasonably priced reformer that folds up for storage and uses real springs instead of cords. I searched for hours online, and this is the only one that met those specifications. I was a little hesitant at first because there were n't any reviews for it at the time I purchased it. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to assemble and how well it works for the price! Now to get into the details... It was packaged well and nothing was damaged during shipping. It was super easy to assemble! You do need two people to unfold it since it is somewhat heavy, but after that you just screw in some knobs to attach the foot bar, shoulder pads, etc. The carriage is wide and actually quite long. I was worried because the foot bar does n't adjust at all, but I am 5'9 '' with long legs and was much more comfortable doing foot work on this reformer than any I 've used in a studio. I 've done reformer Pilates in studios for years, and I find the four available springs provide more than enough resistance for what I need. A couple minor cons and things to watch out for( none of these bother me enough to reduce my 5- star rating though!): The carriage glides smoothly on the rails for the most part. I found it was catching a bit on the crease where the reformer folds up, but once I fixed the rope/straps to the correct length, I found I hardly ever go out that far with the carriage anyway. That being said, be sure to read the instructions and ensure your ropes/straps are at the right length! It was much better after I did that. There is n't a metal rod/hook to hold the straps, so I have to either put them on the floor next to the carriage or hook them around the shoulder pads which is uncomfortable on my shoulders. The shoulder pads are n't fully secured( you just pop them in the holes), so they occasionally pop off when I try to get the straps off them. Not a big deal; I just pop them back in. They have n't ever popped off mid- exercise. There is some noise when I move the carriage, but it mostly just sounds like new wheels on shiny new metal. I 'm hoping it will go away with time, but it's really not that bothersome if it does n't. Overall, now that I have it properly set up, it works very well for the exercises I need. For an inexpensive at home reformer that folds for storage and uses real springs, this one is absolutely fantastic! I 'm so glad I bought it!

I used to do the pilates floor routines, but couldnt get motivated to keep doing it over time. I ’ ve researched home reformers off and on for a few years now. After reading the reviews for this one I finally made my choice. Its well made with springs not cords, and it folds up. The wheels were a little squeaky, but I just wiped the tracks and wheels off with a dry rag, then put a small amout of coconut oil the length of the track. That seems to have stopped the noise. So far I love it and want to use it every day! They could have included a dvd video instead of just downloads to phone. That ’s my only complaint. Someday if I wear it out I ’ d love to have the whole setup on a platform with a cadillac.

Recently upgraded to this new Pilates machine from Stamina products. We have had an earlier model, the Stamina Products JP4500, for around 15 years and the only thing we recently replaced were the rollers. Impressed with their reliability we ordered this product. We had a few minor issues primarily related to the shipment but Connie from customer service went above and beyond to address them to our complete satisfaction. The assembly of the product was relatively easy and I was able to complete it leisurely in about 45 minutes. All the tools are provided and the assembly instructions are clear. The product itself is great and compares very favorably to the professional equipment we use at the Gym, for a fraction of the price. In addition to the usual features this also has the Rebounder that gives you a great cardio workout. It comes with a work out wall poster( and videos) that are simple to do and exercise almost every part of your body including legs, abdominals, hips, obliques, thighs etc. In just a week of use my wife and I notice a significant improvement in our flexibility and muscle strength. The cushion pad is wider than what we had with the older model and very comfortable. We also bought the optional pull up bar and that provides even more exercise possibilities. It's not often that you get a great product that is matched with excellent customer service, particularly in these trying times. However this AeroPilates Reformer from Stamina is one of them.

I bought this about a month ago and wish I had purchased it sooner. I assembled it in less than five minutes. Very easy. I am so glad I bought it. I bought a book on Pilates and it showed many exercises that can only be done using the raised base. It has really expanded my usage. It is also much easier to get on and off but that is not why I bought it, just a side benefit. If you are considering this base, my advise is buy it!

I was so happy when I saw this Reformer Cadillac combo!! I have been wanting a reformer with springs for years. So I upgraded from my 5 corded reformer( which was great) to this machine and so far I love it!! Moves smoothly and quietly and the padding is nice and supportive. I have my own little Pilates studio now!

This is my third Stamina Pilates. I am a faithful six day a week user. I love this machine! It is so well made and the tower gives a whole level to the workout. I use the level 3 workout and alternate with the tower workout. At 61 there are some challenging positions, but they are all doable with a little practice and it is easier the more I do them. Pilates has allowed my joints to remain active and flexible without putting stress on them.

Now I am getting into a routine with my new AeroPilates Precision Series Reformer with Cadillac accessory package. It is like two machines in one. I love that it works just like my previous AeroPilates reformer, as well as a Pilates tower( which I used to own but had no room for two machines). This one does so many things and I truly enjoy my workouts on it!

I have owned the 610 with Cadillac attachment for just over a month. The construction is solid and appears it will last for a long time. The assembly manual lists every part, so I would expect to be able to purchase any part that does fail. The included videos are enough to get you started using the machine. I like the stabilized stretching exercises that can be accomplished with the Cadillac attachment.

I really like this Pilates Chair. I 've been practicing and teaching Pilates for almost 20 years and have really been enjoying it. My only suggestions would be to make a more padded foot pedal for those with sensitive feet and attach two wheels to the back so you can tip it and roll it around. [ The fabric is very soft and buttery. Nike does these better than competitors leggings which I also own. They fig very well and are comfortable. They are good for everyday wear and for the gym. Very flattering and don ’ t feel too tight or compressed. The color is a very nice burgundy. The length is perfect as well and they stop right at the ankle and dont bunch up. The stretch, the contour, the comfort of these leggings is great.
