Disappointed With The Condition

When I received the shoes, there were clearly visible glue marks on the bottom of one shoe, concentrated around one specific area, with additional adhesive residue around it. This did not look like a normal factory finish and made me concerned that the shoe may have been previously used, repaired, or otherwise worked on before being sold to me as new. I purchased a new pair of shoes and expected them to arrive in new condition. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience, and I decided to return them.

My podiatrist recommended several Brooks shoes so I bought a pair of blue Ghost Max 3. I like them so much, I bought this pair of the exact same shoe in gray/black. Stiff And Uncomfortable

I loved the Ghost Max 2 comfortable from moment I wore them , but , these are so much stiffer and hard on the sole , way less cushioning . After wearing all day my feet really started aching and hurting on the side I had to remove them as it was painful. So disappointed . They look good but too hard.
