Have used similar sinkers for years. Actively searched many bait& tackle stores as well as Dick ’s, Sports Authority etc. for these without success. Found some with fins, but not 3& 4 ounces. I use these for cut bait fishing from shore. They pick- up less weeds. I was really surprised that Eagle Claw is making the product and that Dick ’s is selling them. They 're sinkers. It's not easy to get them wrong. The problem was that I had a fishing trip in 2 days, and I realized I needed these in a hurry so I would n't have to waste time the morning of the trip trying to find them at a tackle shop when I got there. I live on the western side of NJ and it's hard to find saltwater tackle when I need it. Once you get towards the end of summer the stores do n't seem to restock the shelves with that stuff. I checked Dick's website and they had them in the store near me. I was able to buy them online and pick them up the next day and be ready to fish when I got to the shore instead of going shopping for sinkers.
