These are pretty good they actually massage your feet a little with the nubs, they 're not a sadist slide/bed of nails like the OG Adissage or the Adilette 25. The nubs are soft and compress lightly but still provide a sensation under foot that 's pleasant, the midsole is a gummy bouncy foam, says its cloudfoam but I think its a softer cloudfoam. A quality slide for the price with a nice adjustable strap that is all EVA and water friendly too so you do n't have to worry about a textile strap getting wet and staying wet all day.
