She was able to put her foot in, step down and be down. There is Velcro as well to make it a little easier for your little one if just stepping down does n't work. This shoe, at MSRP, is very overpriced. There's not a lot of tech or anything too special and it does n't need to be since it's a barefoot zero drop show. When on sale, it is worth considering over alternatives. I just wanted a zero drop show for the gym. This does what it needs with a nice flat stable platform. There is really no cushion in this shoe, which is expected. It's decently comfortable. It fits true to size for me. I wish the sole was a little more flexible as you can really feel the stiffness when walking around. I do like the convenience of the straps. Another reviewer mentioned the slit the strap goes through can irritate the toes. Luckily, it was n't an issue for me, but I can definitely see it being a problem for some. The grip is very good, no complaints there. Overall, it's a good shoe and recommended at the right price.

I also love that the tongue is attached to the laces so there is no slipping when sliding in wiggling feet. [ Nike Zoom Vomero 5 ’s are currently my favorite Sneakers! I have more than a few colorways. So when I found out that Nike was coming out with a Roam Winterized version I was super excited to see what the silhouette would look like. These do not disappoint! They have the same great fit and feel of the regular Vomero 5 ’s. Very comfortable and super easy to slide on and go. I really like that the laces just have to be tightened and clipped. The materials would be comparable to almost like a rain coat vibe, allowing the outdoor elements to just slide off. The rubber mudguard adds a rain boot aspect without being an actual boot. I ’ m a big fan of a chunky midsole; and the bright yellow on the sole adds a nice pop of color breaking up the neutrality of this colorway. These do feel slightly heavier but not enough to notice as the day goes on. 10/10!!

Additionally, the grip pattern on the outsole is effective for traction on slippery surfaces.** Fabric:** This winterized version is perfect for wet conditions, thanks to the water- repellent materials used, like you see on some GORETEX jackets. I ’ ve never worn shoes with such fabric features before, and they really enhance my outfits. Since I ’ ve been wearing a lot of cargo pants lately, and these sneakers help elevate my entire look.** What I Liked Most.** One of my favorite features is the shoelaces. They are elastic, so there's no need to tie them manually. The plastic clip that secures the laces gives the shoes a clean appearance without any laces flopping around. [ I am an 8. 5 and got true to size. They were tight like they are supposed to be but still fit. I took a hot shower with them and stretched them out with paper towels shoved in there and they were perfect for my climbing trip the next day! I climbed awesome all day!

[ The Kira shoe fits my foot perfect. They are a perfect all around shoe, comfy enough to wear on a big multi- pitch. Love the overlap tongue and adjustable Velcro strap. The only problem is the sizing is not the same from the previous model. My street shoe size is 6. 5 US women. The old model I had to size up a whole shoe size( 7. 5 US women). The new ones are more true to size so I ended up getting a 1/2 down for a comfortable fit( 6 US women). [ I 've had a few pairs of this shoe for a couple years now and it's the perfect climbing shoe. This model is also an upgrade from the 2018 version. They are technical and a tiny bit aggressive, but still softish. The best part is the closure system. The length of the strap is adjustable, which is amazing because the shoes do stretch a tiny bit as you break them in and they mold to your feet. And even after breaking them in, they 'll be tighter when they 're fully dry and looser when wet from sweat. Being able to adjust the length of the strap is critical and means that I can always have a perfect fit. Speaking of fit, I have narrow, low volume feet and these are one of few shoes that fit me well.( If you have higher volume feet, check out the men's version, Kronos). And they are very comfortable for climbing shoes. The only weird thing about these shoes is the history of the sizing. I had the 2018 model( which was also great) in a size 8, but a size 6 in these fits exactly the same. I 'm not sure why they changed their sizing. My normal street shoe size is 7. 5ish. Overall, these shoes are my absolute favorite and I hope they never get discontinued because they are my forever climbing shoe--- I buy a pair whenever I can get a deal. I wish Evolv made a more aggressive version of the same shoe!

[ I have arthritis at the MTP joints of my big toes, so I need a stiffer shoe. So far I have had minimal pain wearing these, and the grip is amazing. The velcro straps make it easy to loosen between problems as well.
