Wife loves the Adirondack, and this one does not disappoint. We bought two! Assembly is a little challenging unless you have a good( and proper sized) Allen wrench bit. The final two steps are the hardest. The pre- drilled holes for the screws are not aligned. Alignment requires an extra set of hands to pull the armrests very hard to get the holes in place. Need to alternate between the final and next to final steps.

I bought two of these and keep thinking about buying more. I use this chair most frequently at dispersed campgrounds where I want to be able to quickly take items in while I 'm away from the site. I got a second one because it's so compact and easy to have on hand for friends who do n't have as much camping gear. More often than not, I 'm wishing that I had another one or two because people always seem to underestimate how nice it is to bring chairs camping and they co- opt my seat when I get up. Several friends have bought this chair after using my extra one. The convenience factor really grows on people by the second time we camp together. They want their own to toss in their camping gear bins. You do n't have to remember about packing a more luxurious chair that does n't even fit in the bin and then it taking up more space in the trunk. It's not the most cushioned chair in the world, but its still a good one to add to the arsenal. The points to attach the seat to the frame are very stiff for the first dozen or so uses, but it gets more pliable in time without becoming so pliable that it's concerning.

[ This is the most comfortable camp chair I ’ ve ever sat in! The seat and back are nicely padded for optimal comfort. The arm rests are adjustable with a cord in the back and the cup holder even have little holes in the bottom so if you spill a drink in them you don ’ t have to worry about it standing and growing mold. The back has 3 levels of recline which are easily adjusted by pulling out the pin and sliding the bar upwards. Another great bonus is that there is a storage pouch on the back of the chair which is removable by unzipping it from the chair if you need to take your belongings with you when if you decide to explore. I can not wait for my next camping trip but I foresee having to fight off the rest of my family for who gets to sit in this chair! I can ’ t stress enough how incredibly comfortable it is!

[ I ’ ve now had this chair for several months and have used it quite a bit. It folds down nice and compact and is high quality in its construction. It is very comfortable and typically is the first chair taken for a seat at camp. I didn ’ t realize how much I love having a higher back to my chair! It does take more time to assemble than a standard folding camp chair. The trade off of longer set up time( maybe 60 seconds more) is well worth the compactness when broken down, lightweight, quality of build, and over all comfort.

Wow, this chair is so comfortable! I sometimes use it at my house because i like it so much. Ive tried alot of this style chair over the years and this is by far the best. Robust materials and i really like the mesh seat too.

[ This is the most comfortable camp chair I ’ ve ever sat in! The seat and back are nicely padded for optimal comfort. The arm rests are adjustable with a cord in the back and the cup holder even have little holes in the bottom so if you spill a drink in them you don ’ t have to worry about it standing and growing mold. The back has 3 levels of recline which are easily adjusted by pulling out the pin and sliding the bar upwards. [ I got this reclining camp chair and love it! It is so comfortable. There is padding in the seat and backrest. I like that I can adjust the backrest to recline and it is super easy to adjust. There are also straps on the back to adjust the armrest as well. I can actually lay back in comfort in this chair. There is a removable storage pouch on the back to hold items you may need. The chair feels nice and sturdy and it will last a long time.

This chair seems to go along with that quality. It is comfortable for me at 5 ’ 4 ” and my husband at 6 ’ 0 ”. I like the higher seat and back. Getting out of it is easy. Good width for many sizes. [ I am not a dedicated lightweight backpacker. I have carried many of heavy loads. However, I am planning on hiking the Long Trail in Vermont. I am trying to lighten my load. One thing that is a must in my pack is a chair. I used to always take a Crazy Creek chair, but they don ’ t pack up very small. That is where this chair shines! Not only is it lightweight, it packs up incredibly small. It also gets me off the ground a little bit! Best yet is that despite its lightweight features, it is VERY sturdy! I would put it up to any chair for support! Such an amazing chair! A bit pricey, but worth EVERY penny after a long hike on the trail at camp!!! Highly recommended!
