[ A friend had a set of the these and I was sold after my first sitting. These are just so much more comfortable than the cheapo folding chairs you find everywhere else. The issue with the cheaper chairs of this design is the back position and the sides digging into your thighs. Kelty fixed that by adding nice little curves where it counts. The lower seating position of these chairs is also super comfy when you want to relax by the campfire.

[ I looked at the chairs in the big box stores, and the tubing had a thin wall. When these came in the wall thickness is twice what I have seen. The chair is strong and very portable. Unlike those bags you get with most companies, the carry bag is a wrap bag with a padded shoulder strap. Great for all events and the feet have enough of a foot print to avoid sinking into soft ground. I would absolutely recommend buying these. I bought 2, but I plan to buy more now that I have tested them out.

These chairs are very lightweight and easy to carry. They were surprisingly comfortable. I needed small chairs that would fit inside my pop- up beach tent that only fits 1- 2 people. Two of them fit in the small tent just fine side by side. I actually forgot I was sitting in a chair after a while because my back wasn ’ t hurting. They worked well for what I needed them to do- provide back support while lounging in the tent. They are very low to the ground, which is what I needed, but that may not be for everyone. I am 180 lbs and the chair supported my weight. I also did not test them out in the water or directly in the sand. I think they will remain in good condition the way that I use them- but I ’ m not sure if they would rust when exposed to water. They are very inexpensive chairs, so I wouldn ’ t expect them to be super durable compared to other beach chairs. You get what you pay for. Overall, it was a great bargain, and I ’ d buy them again! Time will tell if they hold up well with repeated use.

[ I 'm not sure how long this float lounge will last, but it really is a great. I typically do n't like laying out, but this is different. You can just sink into the water and instantly feel relaxed. I 've been working on adding meditation to my daily routine, and this is perfect way to do it. I 've heard how people actually take naps on theirs, but I would n't recommend it unless you put on a lot of sunscreen first. lol I wish i would have found this product years ago.

[ This is a nice, relaxing way to enjoy your pool or the beach. The mesh supports very well so I know I 'm not going to go through the bottom and the other material feels well made. Inflation is easy, you can either blow it up as usual or you can use the larger inflation hole size and use an electric pump, which is what I 've done. There is a clip to connect two of these together so you can float like an otter if that's your thing. This would be really useful for river tubing so you do n't float away from your friends. I like this float and am enjoying it very much.

[ We own two of the small Helinox chairs that we use for canoe camping so we have to carry them in a pack. However, we recently got a camper van and are getting a little older. The sunset chair is still pretty darn small so fits well in the camper. You sit a bit higher which is nice and the high back is also very nice. Putting a blow up pillow in the the holder makes it perfect for relaxing around the camp and can even nap in the chair. We have an Eno chair as well which was much more expensive, a bit heavier and not any more comfortable( but still a good chair). The Helinox Sunset is n't as sturdy as the fold out chairs but smaller and lighter and way better than those regular camp chairs that slip into a bag.

We use these chairs a few days a week and the only downside is there is a slight pressure on the hamstrings from the cloth that hangs between the arms and it is quickly solved by putting your feet on a cooler or fire ring! Also these things recline, have adjustable arm rests, and the largest( most useful) cup/stuff holder of any chair I have used.

[ This is the third generation of this chair I have purchased over the last 12 years. Although I 'm disappointed they got rid of the mesh side pockets from the first generation, and then got rid of the bottle opener that was on the first two generations, this is still the best camp chair out there. The beverage holders are sturdier now and the carrier bag is much easier to use, so on the whole I 'm pleased. These chairs last 5- 7 years, even with heavy use. My favorite!
