First night going from the visor to the bubble shield> puck to the shield. Holds up! The only downside is that it fogs before the second period. I think if you put it on a Bauer helmet it will fit better and allow air to flow out easier. I have this on a CCM helmet so it hangs a little lower and my breathing hits the shield vs the openings at the bottom. Overall- great fit and very protective. Bring a towel on the bench and you ’ ll be fine.

My daughter play travel ball, one of them took a line drive to the face playing third base, from the stand it looked like a devastating shot to the face, the face mask was cracked but she ended up with minor scratches in her mouth due to braces, probably saved us thousands in medical bills and hospital stays, I ’ ll stand by this product any day of the week, I ’ ll definitely be an advocate for the use of face mask for softball players.

Tonight my 12 year old daughter got hit square in the face with a hard line drive. Not only do I think this masked it saved her life, she finished the inning, struck out the next batter and got the next batter out with a ball hit right at her again. Her face and mask we 're not damaged at all and she was hit so hard it took her off her feet. Scary stuff. Great product. I truly think if she was wearing a metal mask she would have got badly hurt. Thank you Sklz for a great safety product. So glad I bought this mask. Best purchase I have made as a parent!!!!!

We bought this for my son after he got hit in the face by a batted ball. It helped him feel safe and gave him confidence to go back out in the field immediately after losing a tooth. He used it for a few games until he decided to take it off. We practiced getting hit in the face with it a few times and it was very absorbent and helped him feel real secure if something happened again. It was a good security blanket until he felt better about taking it off.

My 12 year old son got smoked in the face last weekend by an inside fastball. It was the second time that he has taken a pitch to the face/helmet over the past few years, and both times this helmet and C- Flap jaw gaurd has saved him. He is good, they classified it as mild symptoms. No cognitive activity for a couple of days and no physical activity for a couple of weeks. We all know that this could have been much worse. The doctor at Children's said that wearing the face guard definitely saved him from bigger injuries. Do not know if the C- Flap jaw gaurd is supposed to shatter the way it did but who cares, it has done its job twice. It is worth it's weight in gold and then some. This message is simply to say thank you and to let you know that we value the Markwort C- Flap name and its products. Our son will always play with a face/jaw guard, no discussion!
