Son is just under 6' and 160 and large was too baggy whereas medium fit perfectly. Has held up during in game and practice on the defensive line and washed well without ripping. Cheaper than other options. Some players might not like the sleeves as they are long and show under uniform.

Be aware it is a compression shirt. Whatever size shirt you wear by that size. I would say it's a perfect fit. Nice protection on the sides, and does n't shift around stays in place. Lighter more comfortable form of a rib cage for football. Also has a pad that protects the middle of your spine when bending to help prevent injury, that's definitely a plus. The shoulder pads are in the perfect spot and makes wearing shoulder pads more comfortable.
