I ’ ve had running knee pain for years. I ’ ve tried different brands of shoes, inserts, etc. and none of them completely eliminated the pain. These shoes however are amazing. I can do long runs with virtually no pain at all.( There are reasons other than shoes for my knee issues.) These are the best running shoes I ’ ve come across. I hope they work for you as well as they are working for me!

After some experimentation, I came back to the Gel- Kayano Wide and glad I did. I really needed a wider shoe and the Kayano comes in wide and really has the heel support that I need due to my pronation which has caused frequent knee and calf pain. So for, no knee pain using the Kayano 30 and this shoe provides me with all the support and stability I was looking for. Highly Recommend.

I 've been dealing with posterior tibial tendonitis for a while, which is what initially led me to try the ASICS Kayanos. I can confidently say these are the most comfortable shoes I ’ ve ever worn. Recently, I ’ ve also tried stability running shoes from other brands—those marketed for issues like plantar fasciitis and overpronation—but none have come close to the Kayanos in terms of comfort and support. From now on, I ’ m sticking with ASICS and the Kayano line. Highly recommended!

I have an extremely high arch, so comfort and support are a priority. I was pleasantly surprised at the combination of flexibility the shoe provided while also providing a stable base. The arch was not quite as high as I hoped, but there is some support.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable and stable. I ’ ve been using Hoka shoes for years because of their comfort. Even when my plantar fasciitis flares up, I ’ ve always enjoyed the soft sole and the good level of comfort. This is my first pair of Asics, and I realize I was missing something special. Not only are these shoes light, but they ’ re also very comfortable with stability. I ’ ll definitely be purchasing more Asics Kayano shoes in the future.
