I ’ m not a fan of hard sole shoes and pure running shoes aren ’ t as supportive with weights. These do a good job of distributing pressure while lifting as well as walking. This is my first pair of spineless shoes. The sneakers styling of these shoes make it very comfortable to wear to the driving range and onto the golf course. Whenever I wore low- rising socks, some shoes used to chafe against my ankles, the the knit fabric of these shoes prevent any chafing. The sole is very grippy, so my feet don ’ t slip during my swings. These shoes fit to size, or maybe a bit on the smaller side. The laces will secure very tightly on your feet, so you could get away with half- size bigger. We have had the Adizero TYO and recently the Nike Dragonfly, and so far these seem like better spikes. More supportive, lighter and very aggressive roll. Have used them in an 800 and 1500 so far. Will also be using them for the 3200m. Interesting that no top runners use these, but will use Hoka or UA. Does n't make a lot of sense given how good these seem. I 'm not sure why Saucony does n't sponsor anyone on the track.

I bought this shoe because I had previously used the FJ Contour Jogger golf shoe that had the same sole. The Contour casual has the same benefit of the excellent gripping sole( without spikes) and also the ability to go car to pro shop( not wearing out golf cleats). The leather on this shoe is amazing and if you 've owned FJ before, you know to buy something when it's available because there's always the poss of things changing in future years with sytle etc. The functionality of this shoe is A++, the quality is A++, the durability is A++. I can not speak for waterproof quality as I have not worn the shoe in wet conditions, but FJ has always warrantied thier products well and so I think that will be A+ as well.
