we bought this for a fishing trip but when the package arrived there was no ice auger in the box had a hjole in box and auger was missing, wife got right on the phone with Dick's customer service and the young lady was so helpful she place our order for another one and in 3 days it was here save our trip

I bought this item late summer 2017. Works great as long as ground is dry otherwise the dirt will cling to the auger and you will have a hard time getting of the hole.
