I 've worn these a few times a month for about five months now and I 'm impressed by their waterproof ability. Recently I had to work for several hours out in the rain and every layer I was wearing ended up soaked- but my socks and feet stayed dry! Construction wise I 'm concerned about how hard they are to pull on- I 'm afraid they 'll wear out at the heel early.

Having been a life- long Doc wearer I found these to be very comfortable. Minimal breaking in( at least for me). If you wear thick socks so for a half size larger, otherwise normal and sports socks may feel a little tight when you first put the boots on but losses up when breaking in.

Red Wings Heritage Classic Moc are THEE best boots. I now own 4 pairs and they are so comfortable. Yes, they are hard in the beginning but over time they soften and mold to your feet. I love the extra inch on the bottom because I am short which is very helpful. I wear them pretty much everyday and I am on my feet for 10- 12 hours a day. I work in the restaurant industry and I am in and out checking on the stores. These boots are always dirty with grease& food stains but nothing like a little wet rag and polish to make them brand new again. Just sent in my oldest pair to get re- soled and currently rotating with the other three with my daily use. My only complaint is how dirty the soles get. I need a better solution to clean or keep them clean. 100000% recommend!

I ’ ve been wearing these boots for about a month now and have nothing but great things to say. I would recommend these to anyone. I don ’ t have a particularly wide foot but I like to wiggle my toes a lot and the toe box has plenty of space for that. I used their online foot sizer with my foot as flat as possible and my toes spread out as wide as I could get them and was recommended a 9. 5 wide, they fit perfectly. Very well made. You can tell they are individually crafted in an old school manner and not just spat out in mass numbers and I love that. The leather is heavy duty and beautiful, I get compliments on them wherever I go.

I recommend wearing quality socks above the ankle. I plan to keep these for a long time... may have to have them resole in a year or two

I bought mine almost 3 years ago and they 're the most comfortable and useful footwear I 've ever owned. I wear them 95% of the time, on daily 2+- 4 km dog walks, outdoors, year- round and they 're at their peak look and feel. The single possible improvement I made- and that's on me because we have 4 months of winter here- is to replace the soles; the originals are quite tricky on frozen ground. Or a great workout, just watch your head yeah? I chose Vibram, a quick fix and better suited for that.

I bought my Rough& Tough IR's almost 5 years ago and while I dont wear them often they have only aged like a fine wine. If I do n't wear them for a while they become narrow and tight but give them some heat or mink oil and they loosen back up and once they get hot from body heat they loosen back like my childhood baseball glove. The traction was good even in wet weather. And they are fine to wear even during hot and humid days where I live. I really did like the boots and I regularly wear the similar Georgia boots with a steel toe. So I ordered this style in the same size. They came in smaller so I have sent them back. I was told that in June the 10. 5 size will be in I am extremely interested I will wait patiently Thank you

I am a mechanic and have had these boots for about two years now. got new insoles about a month ago because the original ones flattened out. my back used to hurt before i got these boots but does not anymore. i ’ ve tried ariats to danners and have never found the one boot that has ever been comfortable to wear for long periods of time until i tried these. the “ non slip ” outsole really help when there is rogue spilled coolant or oil on the ground and the slip on feature helps when you need to climb inside a car in an awkward position really quick and just need to slip off the boots so you don ’ t get the car dirty. i am buying the chelsea version of these to wear casually because these boots are just the best.

These are the work boots to get if you are in wet conditions. I just bought my second pair after the first ones started to crack a bit on the rubber shell. That being said these are by far the longest lasting and well designed boots I ’ ve found. I ’ m in them 12- 14 hours a day in wet areas they never let me down. Lace ‘ em up, get moving

OMG I CAN NOT say enough about these boots.... I will be ordering them in all 3 colors. I had yet to find a hiking boot that didnt cause me foot pain, blisters, or hot spots.... until now. These fit my feet perfectly. The toe box is typically where i struggle with hiking boots- blisters and pain of the great toe and medial ball of foot. Even while breaking these in I did not experience either of these issues. I have tried SO many other brands without finding the right fit.... i resorted to hiking Montana's Mountains in luna sandals because i could not find a hiking shoe/boot that didnt cause foot pain. Needless to say sandals and mountains are not ideal BUT they were better than the issues i had prior to trying these bogs boots! These will be the only hiking boot i will ever wear!!!
