This is really flavorful and I use half scoop in my coffee. I also use a full scoop in my water. Usually when I add powder to water, it tastes watered down but not with this which is a relief. It still tastes good. While I ’ m at work, I use resistant bands at my desk so this helps as a pre mini workout. A little goes a long way as well.
