[ I was in the habit of leaning my pedal on whatever was available to keep my bike upright. But of course this is n't foolproof. This stand is amazing. Works great with my daughter's 20 '' as well as my XL frame 29er. I bought 2 and they clip to each other to keep the spacing right. No issues so far, they just work.
