The MLB logo is rubber and wont wear away like the original one did and also doesnt seem like it has sewed sems so it wont tear and become more stretched out than its original form. The molded pad seems a bit longer in length as well which provides more padding. Overall its a much better build when it comes to durability quality and looks good too
