The combination of these plus the Compeed blister stick has pretty much got rid of blisters on long runs hence, I 've just bought another two pairs. They are worth every penny. The fit is great overall, maybe a tiny bit large but nothing to complain about as the XL is intended to cover a range of foot sizes.
