My daughter purchased this bike as a Christmas present for me. Shipping was fast and no delays. The bike is sturdy and so silent. I must say very impressed with the quality of the product. Also, started using the SunnyFit App which I Love.

I love this bike. Super quiet. Space saving. Easy to put together. Easy to move to different locations. Looking forward to many more rides.

I wanted a spin bike that was solid, with smooth resistance changing, and quiet. I do n't care about connectivity as my cell phone works just fine. This bike fits the bill wonderfully. Very happy with my purchase.

I am very happy with my purchase. I put it together by myself in about 30 to 45 minutes, only one bloody knuckle. I chose this bike for the flywheel weight, magnetic resistance, pedal q factor, and adjustable seat and handlebars. The only downside is the weight and I was n't able to bring it upstairs to my bedroom. The digital monitor is ehh... but still nice to have one. I would highly recommend.

This is really my first __quote__spinning__quote__ bike experience. I 've used the generic exercise bikes at the gym, but none like this. _x000D_ With no experience, I figured that I should get one with the monitor, with the SPD pedal option, a heavier fly wheel( because I 'm a large guy), more adjustable handlebars, and the magnetic resistance. This one met all my criteria in my price range. _x000D_ When I unboxed it, I was impressed at how solid and heavy- duty all the parts are. It was fairly easy to put together, took about hour. I found some youtube videos on how to __quote__set up__quote__ a bike( seat height, etc). The monitor is pretty easy to understand after reading the instructions and watching a video. _x000D_ The only complaint I have- and this seems to be universal with this type of bike- is that there's no good resistance indicator. I 'd be happy with any sort of indicator that would show how many turns or half- turns I 've made, to have a way to easily see what resistance level I 'm at. I have seen a few such things on Etsy so maybe I 'll get one. Otherwise, it's met and exceeded my expectations and I have no worries that it 'll fall apart any time soon, if ever. _x000D_ I 'm surprised that they market other models more. Maybe because this one is a little more$$$? IDK

This is a great trainer. It is made in the USA and the build quality is outstanding. Add to that, the unit is designed to be easy to assemble and simple to use. Clamping the bike in to the unit is a simple one motion process and the bike is firmly held. The wheel tension knob is genius! Just turn it until it clicks and you have the correct pressure on your tire. I have owned other fluid trainers, but this has to be the smoothest and most consistent I have ever used. It truly provides linear resistance that gets more challenging as your speed increases. I have not tried it with the Saris training tire yet, but the noise level with a standard road tire was minimal. The included speed sensor works well and paired immediately with the Rouvy app on my iPhone. I did have some issues mounting the sensor because the inside width of my rear hub is pretty narrow. Once I figured out how to best mount it on my wheel, I had no issues.

I love my new Sunny Synergy Pro bike! I had a similar model but this one does so much more while you ride which is helpful to keep track if your RPM's, mileage and heart rate! Cycling is my favorite form of cardio and for the price you ca n't get much better than this in my opinion. I highly recommend this bike.

we purchased the bike a few weeks ago and I love the way it rides. My only question is it suppose to stop completely because my bike does not stop. I have followed the instructions but no results.

With its belt drive and magnetic tension my new indoor bike seems more finely __quote__tuned__quote__ than my old, and certainly smoother and quieter, yet has the same stability and durability. I 've made a good step up. I have n't learned the electronics yet but expect they will also result in better workouts.

Very solid feel and excellent ride. Only suggestion would be to backlight the display meter.

It ’s our 2nd Sunny spin bike. Wife and I each now one and both love it. Smooth ride, nice and quiet. Good leg room for coming up out of the saddle during hill workouts.

Great, very solid, quiet, easy to assemble. I love the adjustability of seat, handlebars. The monitor could use some backlight or other way of making the screen more visible, otherwise it works fine. I like the simple design, colors and frame. The bike came very well packaged. In overall I 'm very satisfied.

I 've been shopping for a stationary bike for months and I decided to get one of the expensive popular bikes. The first day I received it I knew it was n't for me and that I made a mistake. I returned the bike and got the Evolution Pro II and have loved it from the first ride. The bike assembly was fairly simple. I ride my bike almost every day.

I bought the trainer this winter to try and step up my triathlon game in the off season. Both me and wife wife used it on my carbon road bike and her carbon tri bike. We used a new Shimano 10 speed cassette on the trainer for both my Shimano set and her SRAM set, no issues with compatibility. I would suggest you use the same chain oil/wax to not have any cross contamination using differing lubrication. As for function. I tried to use the Trax Trainer software and the Garmin Connect Software through my watch( the Trax software does sync with garmin connect, but not for battery level or a couple of other daily measurements). Leaving both workouts on there gets all the data and it mostly does n't allow excess milage, but I have seen it show up in a couple spots twice. They could improve on that. As for the Tacx software. The routes are good, but not as interactive as the peloton or other apps out there. Though I 've climbed some pretty gnalry passes throughout the word now using it. I think that's the best part about the app, the climbing portions. It also keeps it less boring, but also really easy to over train if you 're not careful. I might try interfacing it with some other software next winter but for now I 'll use the nice clear roads through the summer and fall months.

This thing is great. Easy to set up and sync to your devices. Just make sure you get a second cassette to dedicate to training.

There's no better trainer. Very smooth and accurate. Looking forward to upgrade to the motion plates. Only gripe is the provided skewer seems to be a little finicky, but I may have a defective one... The under lights make up for it!

Who needs the great outdoors when you have the Tacx¬Æ NEO 2T Smart Bike Trainer? Setup was so easy, even my cat tried to help. And by help, I mean she sat in the box and judged me. üê± Once I got it going, I was instantly transported to a world where hills are just a setting on my app and headwinds are a thing of the past. The ride is so smooth, I almost forgot I was n't actually outside. Plus, it's quieter than a ninja tiptoeing through a library, so my neighbors have no idea I 'm cycling at 5 AM. The best part? It's fully compatible with Zwift! Now I can race through virtual landscapes and climb the Alps without leaving my living room. My legs hate me, but my heart loves it. Five stars, two thumbs up, and a high- five from my cat. üê±üëç

This Garmin trainer impresses with its realistic feel. The resistance is not perfectly smooth like some trainers, creating a welcome sense of imbalance that mimics riding outdoors. Unlike some competitors( e. g., Wahoo Trainer), the Garmin eschews an auto- stabilization algorithm, leaving you in control of maintaining a steady power output. This can be a great benefit for cyclists who want a more dynamic and engaging indoor training experience.
A cadence sensor is a device that measures the number of revolutions of the pedals per minute during cycling. It provides real-time feedback on your pedaling speed, which can help you optimize your workout intensity and improve your cycling efficiency. By tracking your cadence, you can adjust your effort levels to meet specific training goals, making your indoor cycling sessions more effective.
Most cadence sensors are designed to be compatible with a variety of indoor cycling setups, including stationary bikes and trainers. However, it's important to check the specifications of the sensor to ensure it can connect with your specific equipment, whether through Bluetooth or ANT+ technology. Compatibility with fitness apps and devices can also enhance your training experience.
When choosing a cadence sensor, consider features such as wireless connectivity, battery life, and ease of installation. Some sensors also offer additional metrics like speed and distance, which can provide a more comprehensive view of your performance. Look for sensors that are durable and designed to withstand the rigors of indoor cycling.
Using a cadence sensor can significantly enhance your indoor cycling performance by allowing you to monitor and adjust your pedaling speed. This data helps you find your optimal cadence for different types of workouts, whether you're focusing on endurance or high-intensity intervals. By analyzing your cadence over time, you can identify trends and make informed adjustments to your training regimen.
Yes, many cadence sensors are versatile and can be used for various cycling activities beyond indoor cycling. They can be utilized for outdoor biking, allowing you to track your performance on different terrains. This adaptability makes them a valuable tool for cyclists looking to improve their overall cycling efficiency and training outcomes.
