I work as a letter carrier and walk an average of 10- 12 miles a day. I ’ ve never had a full carbon shank before and this has changed the game for me. The support this provides is unmatched. They are light as a sneaker and have the react foam in outsole for extra gush in your step. I get no vibrations in my knee or hip and my feet feel great all day. I just wish they were full on goretex for the wet winters up here in the Pacific Northwest. I ordered a half size up like the other reviews and the fit is perfect.

Great arch support as well as overall support! Gives you a natural foot roll in your step as you walk. I really like that they feel like an extension of ny foot, makes me feel like I know the exact position of my feet at all times, sure footed.... Built to last and even after 2 months, although that is not long really, still look like they just came out if the box. They are maintaining their structure and shape extremely well. Very stiff out of the box and taking some time to break in and mold to my foot. Gradually becoming more comfortable the longer I wear them. Frankly I am good with this because I believe it shows they are going to last and hold up well! The other thing I would add from a comfort standpoint is despite the ever extreme changes in the weather and temperature in Ohio, 60* F to 30* F, from 1 day to another this winter, I have not experienced any issue with my feet being to hot or to cold. I have to say at this point, for me, they are the best shoes, of any type, I have bought in a long time, maybe ever. Really feeling like the money was well spent.

Played my first 18 yesterday and no aches or sore spots feet felt good, they seem very stable and had very good traction. Must breath well as my feet were not all sweaty and my socks were dry( it was over 90 degrees), will test how waterproof they are in a few days with an early AM round and the heavy dew.

Switched to Zoom Fly when the first edition came out. The 6 is an absolute game changer. First run out of the box ran about: 30/mile faster than my usual slog without trying to do so. My HR is commensurately higher, but my legs and body feel much easier. Just a tremendous shoe for forefoot or midfoot strikers- would not recommend for heel strikers. I am older and much slower than I used to be but I am enjoying runs more than I have in years.

These are really great shoes. Hands down probably the best running shoes I 've owned. I 've been suffering from ball of foot pain( metatarsalgia) under the second toe for about 8 months, and it really started to flare up within the last 1. 5 months. I tend to be a forefoot striker and typically run about 5- 7 miles when I go out. Just went on a 7 mile run with the AlphaFly Next% 2 and they really did help to neutralize the impact on the 2nd metatarsal head to the point where I felt no soreness or pain post run. Nike recommended a size 9. 5, but I ended up buying a size 11 and it fits perfect. Hope Nike continues to make shoes like this since it helped me avoid having to give up running.

The overall feel was pretty comfortable throughout the run, although I did notice when I did my cool down and was going slower the bottom of my foot, where my arch is started to hurt a little. I LOVE these shoes for racing AND workouts. In my opinion, these rival the Nike Vaporfly which I used to prefer. The SuperComp feels very similar- light, responsive, and fast. The upper hugs my feet really nicely without feeling too constricted. The only hiccup is that for the first couple runs, the shoe rubbed my outer ankle a bit, but then it was fine. Great shoes!

Im not the best track athlete but these are great for races the plate is very springy and at the end of your 3200s or 1600s you dont feel nearly as fatigued with the plate helping. First of all, I am not sure why the other reviews are suggesting that the shoes run big. I bought my regular size and half a size bigger. The normal size fits a little snug and the half size bigger is a fraction loose. They are definitely not as narrow as the Victory 3, but there is no way that they run big. I would not suggest that you buy half a size smaller, half a size bigger if anything. What I can tell you is they are comfortable and look amazing.
