This is the best hitch- mount rack I 've ever personally owned and used. Solid, stable, secure, easy to load, unload, and use in all respects. The quality is outstanding, featuring thoughtful design, superior materials, and skilled craftsmanship. This bike rack is very solid and well built. Bikes do not bounce around and are very secure. I really like that the bikes are held down by the wheels and nothing touches the frame.

Bought this new unit about a month ago and performs to our expectations. Very robust, can handle a myriad of bike types, easy to install and remove, and updated design features are excellent. A wee bit heavy, but the built in wheels help a lot when moving it about. Definite recommend.
