I just got into golf about 9 mo. ago- I 'm currently a 27 hdcp, and struggled to hit my 7i 130- 140yds previously. I was looking to get out of my previous Callaway Edge box set that had graphite shafts. They became too light for me and I wanted to grow into a new set of irons as I navigate swing changes and proper technique. During my fitting I did n't have a specific brand in mind, to be honest these were n't even on my radar. After testing out 4- 5 brands it was a tight race between the Ping G440's and the Elyte's. I found the Elyte irons were exactly what I was looking for. They check all the boxes: look, feel, and sound great. These irons have a slimmer profile compared to most game improvement irons out there yet offer an insane amount of forgiveness. They definitely have a softer feel off the face, almost like they 're forged. I got my goal yardage from these clubs and it was a done deal after that. Ironically enough my set arrived a few hours before my first tee time of this early season. Quite the way to break in a new set of irons. They did GREAT on the course considering the actual course conditions for mid march Midwest weather. I ’ ve been playing these for about a year now and I ’ m very happy with them. I have the 5- aw with regular flex kbs shafts. The lofts are strong but for me I ’ m getting a high ball flight with a soft landing. I have an average swing speed of 80mph with my 7 iron and that ’s my 165 club. Also the irons are very forgiving as I ’ m only losing 5 or 6 yards on mishits. Only con is the grips are very thin as you may need to replace them as I did.

I got a 50 degree and a 58 degree about 2 months ago. I ’ m still trying to figure out distances with the 50 degree. The 58 degree is incredible- I have confidence to get out of any bunker. Yesterday I got out of 3 bunkers all awful situations and landed them within 8 feet of the pin. I missed all the par saving putts…. mercy. I got the graphite shafts which really helps me start my swing and let the club head do the rest. Definitely recommend the CB wedges.

I recently moved to CO a couple years ago from San Diego. I struggled in the altitude holding greens, especially in the late fall and winter, since I used a lower spin ball and lower flighted clubs. These clubs increased my spin and my ball flight so even my 4iron in has chance to hold. They also cut the turf really well so you can feel the speed in and out of grass. Also, the feel on these are amazing only rivaled to Mizuno's IMO and the new Taylormade P7CB which I had an opportunity to try. Lastly and most importantly, these clubs are very consistent. I owned Taylormade P770's and I would get a lot of hot low spinning balls hitting my 6, 5, 4 irons. These irons output stable and consistent based on your strike. The offer some help in the heel but most of the help in the toe miss, I 've found. Highly recommend these. I am a 7. 2 handicap. Hit these clubs and fell in love with them. They look fantastic and have a nice feel without the harsh sound that some hollow body clubs produce. They are strong lofted so they are about 7- 8 yards longer than my previous set but still have enough spin and height to stop on the greens. I was torn between this club and the T200 and considered go with a mixed bag but in the end decided to go with the full set of T350's. My dispersion and distance control have met all my expectations. One thing to keep in mind is if you like to work the ball in either direction this may not be the right club for you and I would look at the T150's. Spin numbers and descent angle are good but not in player club territory IMO.

I was thinking about getting the older T300 irons, but decided to do a fitting. At the fitting I was able to swing them as well as these, and I 'm glad I did. Ended up deciding on these, have played 3 rounds with them, and have already seen a big improvement in my iron play. I am still a higher handicap player, but these are the most forgiving irons I have hit, and it shows on the course. Would recommend to any other higher handicap player.

This Iron/Hybrid( Max OS) set is working great for me. I ’ m 62 and benefit from the oversized head design along with Regular shafts. My only concern is the pricing. I work at a golf course so I got my set as a gift from the head pro, but I could never afford these. I realize the amount of R& D that went into these and the hope to recoup monies but the only people buying these are rich, old guys. The rest of us lug around old clubs… All in all, great golf clubs as Callaway is known for, but truth be told, they still need to pay their tour pro ’s.

I did a combo set with the p770's and p7cb's. I went 8 iron thru pitching wedge for the p7cbs. They are very easy to hit, and I do n't think these irons are limited to only low handicappers. You can feel mishits, but they are not overly punishing. Very easy to hit draws and cuts. I might even end up swapping my 7 iron to the p7cbs with as easy as they are to hit.

Hopped in the bay and hit the ZX5 MK2, ZX7 MK2, 243 Pro, 245 Pro, Cobra King Tour. The ZX5 was all around by far the most consistent. They all had nice feel but the Mizunos were just a little too hot for my taste( especially the 245; it's def for distance) and did n't spin as much. The ZX5 spun most, had the steepest landing angle, and best distance dispersion. I 'm coming off a players iron from several years ago, which I hit pretty well, but the forgiveness and consistency of these is very apparent.

Many times advertising is more hype than reality, but not this time. The G730 is EVERYTHING AND MORE that Ping says they are. The player friendly design shines in all facets. Off center hits are more on line and center hits explode off the face. I am seeing 5- 6 yards more carry on average. Mid to high handicappers should STRONGLY consider this iron. It ’s truly a game changer!

I just did a fitting today and the G730 was the winner( and the only club close to it was the G440). We tried the Alta Quick 45 shaft, which worked great( in my 60's and my top swing speed is around 75mph but often 70mph). But then we dropped to the Quick 35 and it was even better. I went from hitting my existing irons( QI but customized to 2 up and 2 strong) 120- 130 carry with a strong push to the right to hitting these 155 and straight/draw. My total distance was in the 170's, which I did n't think I 'd ever see again. They just seem to whip through the shot and the sound is perfect and I was hitting baby draws instead of way right. Honestly these were n't on my radar when I walked in for the fitting. I 'm glad the fitter brought this out to try. Only negative is they may not be the best looking irons but I could n't care less.- they are amazing and fit me perfectly.

I got these clubs about 2 months ago and they are fantastic. I am relatively new to golfing but have really gotten into it. Since using these clubs my game has improved significantly. They are great for beginner to intermediate women. They have a lot of forgiveness especially when paired with the Reva balls. I was previously using a Paradym set and while exceptional clubs, the Revas work so much better for my skill level and experience.

The 5 hybrid is my fave, the driver is a game changer for my distance and I LOVE all the irons.
