I was ready to prder another pair only to find that thet no longer made that style so I took a chance on these. I like these as well, the soles are n't leather like the older version, the fit is adjustable with a zipper and plastic `` chacos '' buckles. I enjoy the zipper addition so far. The buckles make them a little sportier but i have still dressed them up. I 've worn them quite a bit and so far have no complaints. I may consider them in another color for spring.

[ I really appreciate the tab opposite the drawstring closure because it makes it very convenient to open the sack. It also doubles as a hang spot for carabiner. The material is durable and the selection of sizes, especially for small sacks, helps me stay organized. I 'm a repeat customer for these sacks. They are much better then the house brand from REI. The only thing the competition does do better is have a much better selection of sacks on the large end. That is one oversight I hope S& S will address.
