I need arch support to NOT have foot pain. These are great. One issue I had was that the adjustable strap was too long, as my foot is not `` very tall. '' When I tightened the adjustable strap, the strap hit the floor/ground. So, I took them to a shoe repair shop and had the straps shortened by 1 inch. Now, they are perfect for my feet.

[ I have several pairs of both Teva and Chaco( love hiking sandles) and I wanted something extra secure and durable for some hiking trips I have coming up. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is because of the sizing issues. Most reviews I read said to size up if you are a half size. This is usually what I do with my Tevas( Usually an 8. 5, so I buy a 9.) That being said, with this specific shoe do not size up! I had to make the velcro straps on the back heels tight to fit and they hung off the sides quite a bit. I returned them and got an 8 and they fit perfectly with plenty of extra room to adjust as needed. Also I will say you do need to break these in more than other Teva sandles I have worn because of all the straps. I got a few blisters but now that I have had them for a few weeks, they are great! super secure and comfortable:)

[ Bought for a BWCA trip this July and was very pleased with the comfort and grip in water during portages and general use. Only issue I had which was before even leaving for the trip- was the loop on the back of one of the shoes ripped off the first time I put it on. Did n't leave me with a great first impression and curious to see how they will hold up after another few trips but I 've had positive experiences with Kamik so far so I 'm not that worried about the rest of the seams falling apart, I think the back loops were just not reinforced much.

In 2019 i bought a pair of leather strappy sandals and wore them very frequently for 6 years. The held up well. I was ready to prder another pair only to find that thet no longer made that style so I took a chance on these. I like these as well, the soles are n't leather like the older version, the fit is adjustable with a zipper and plastic `` chacos '' buckles. I enjoy the zipper addition so far. The buckles make them a little sportier but i have still dressed them up. I 've worn them quite a bit and so far have no complaints. I may consider them in another color for spring.

I was pleasantly surprised with these Bodhi's, they were comfortable right out the box. A few adjustments but not too many. The footbed is flexible. I order a wide width in Z's but these were fine, I am usually a medium width. I did size down from my regular 7. 5 and they fit perfect. I must admit I have a pair of the flips from a few years ago that I do not wear but these I definitely will, not clunky at all. I tried them because they were on sale and so glad I did. I saw the other reviews where the quality was not good so I hope mine do n't encounter the same issues. Love the mixed colors, they stand out in a good way. Unique and cute, these shoes stand out. I wore them with a dress and received many complements, but because they ’ re comfortable as well as cute I had no problem recommending them to anyone. I ’ m not sure I could manage more than 15, 000 steps without a bit more of a cushion( so a major theme park or museum may not work for everyone), but my average 10k( shopping and runs around town) was no problem.
