It has all the features you need-- marching and orienting arrows, orienting lines, a rotating bezel, and measurements on either side. Do note that this version does not have adjustments for declination, you need to add or subtract your magnetic declination each time you want to make a measurement from map to field or vice versa. In my use, this was just fine, and the compass proved durable and reliable otherwise.

My son was feeling some elbow pain when throwing baseballs or doing pull- ups. Nothing serious but some twinges of pain. Obviously, we would 've just stopped baseball and pull- ups and give time to recover, but we had one more baseball tournament. With this sleeve, no pain throwing the baseball.
