This ski combo is great, especially for the beginner because you can use it as a set for double skis or if you want to try a single, one of the skis has a slip for the back foot. This is my first pair of water skis so I do n't really have anything to compare. I like that they are set up for the ability to slalom ski as well for when we get a little more experienced because that looks like a lot of fun. The adjustable bindings fit from about womens size 6 to a mens size 13. We were able to fit these on a size 7 women's and still get the necessary snug and secure fit. We tried these out and aside from the expected newbie fumbling, these performed as expected and allowed us to enjoy our lake trip. We found these easy to get on and off and use.
