I do n't think the other reviewers played this golf ball because it is an excellent overall ball. I have a ball speed between 150 to 165 mph and this ball is 3 to 5 yards longer than my current ProV1. The ball tracks true in head and side winds and has an excellent, high flight that I love. Around the greens the ball checks easily on really short chips but also stops with a yard or two of roll out when I attack the pin. The feel is outstanding from tee to green. I think people are reacting to a price point without ever playing the ball. If you care about improving your game buying good equipment is an investment, not a cost. Dropping strokes off my scorecard is important to me and the LA Golf Ball helped me do that. I think it is worth every penny.

Maxfli Tour X is a excellent ball in all metrics. Very good feel around the greens, distance, spin rates, durability, trajectories, etc. At first I was concerned that the Tour X might have been too firm of a ball, but after using it, it is great for my swing speed. Distance is very good. Trajectories are mid- ball flight, but I am able to hit it lower or higher. Feel around the greens is good.

I 've been using Maxfli Revolution golf balls since thier inception. For years my job did n't allow me to pay golf as much as I wanted to, so the Revolution was a great value packed with performance. I switched to NXT Tour for a few years and again went back to Revolution. They performed better,( in my opinion) and I even played them against Pro V1's and for me, they out performed them. S is softer and feels it off the putter and chips. Tour is right in the middle. Distance is all comparable to my 10 handicap. I play the S in cold weather and rock the X when temps are better. I bought 1 sleeve and played them recently alongside my normal TP5 ball. I switched between both balls over 18 holes and felt the Maxfli performed and felt very similar to the TP5. It feels great on all clubs including putting which is important to me to still feel and hear some feedback on putts. I bought these balls because they had all the specs I was looking for and so I hoped for the best. They were also at a great price point. Very happy to say they did not disappoint in any category. Feel, distance, spin and durability were all as good as any ball I 've ever played and I 've played all the top brand urethane balls as an 8. 7 hdcp player who was once a 4. 2 hdcp. We ca n't stop the aging process unfortunately. This ball really fits my game right now as a 75- 80 compression offering. Mfg in the Foremost plant in Taiwan where TaylorMade, Encore, Vice and Wilson are also mfg. Not to say all these balls are the same as they are all mfg to different ball designers specs, but this plant must be a quality production facility to mfg such reputable brands.

In recent years, I played Titleist Tour X, Problem V1, and TP5. Maxfli( for me) performs a good or better. I 'm 8. 8 handicap and I can get everything i want from a Tour X. Been playing Maxfli x,s, and tour since 2019. All are consistent in what they are designed to do. X is crisper around the greens with excellent spin and check. S is softer and feels it off the putter and chips. Tour is right in the middle. Distance is all comparable to my 10 handicap. I play the S in cold weather and rock the X when temps are better. I have money for a beer when the cart girl shows up while my buds spend time looking for their precious ProV1's in the thick stuff..
