It's super comfortable compared to the PTEX one I tried on. It was kind of confusing to figure out which way it goes on. I just went off of the pictures on the box the best I could. It does have verbal instructions on how to put it on, on the inside of the box, but I was n't ambitious enough to figure out what medical term they used to describe how to wear it. Within a week of the injury I 'm doing remarkably better. The smallest size they had was medium and it seemed to fit perfectly. I 've been using this brace for about a month now after I was cleared for activity following my ACL surgery. I play a full contact sport, and the first time I put it on it took me about 10 minutes to get used to, but after that I hardly notice that it's there. It does n't limit my movement, but definitely helps keep my knee stable through the hard hits and falls. I would definitely recommend this brace.

I have owned two pair for over a year and they are still going strong. I train 4 to 6 times a week and use them every time. Many of the mud races I run are covered with folks rubbing down their calves and cramping up. I can honestly say I have never had a calf related problem. My only recommendation is to train in them before you try to race also do n't wait until you have a problem to start using them.
