Substantially more control and feel throughout the entirety of the swing. Easier to dictate shot shape and transfer energy into potentially monster drives. My first time using an aftermarket shaft in my driver and now I ’ m a believer. Packaged well and arrived sooner than anticipated. Fujikura Ventus TR Blue 6s feels like an intermediary between a stiff and X stiff shaft which is what my current golf game called for. Absolute quality.

Titleist yet again exceeds on this driver. I 'm a 15. 4 HCP with a driver swing speed avg of 85. This felt amazing off the face. The performance I received was absolutely awesome! I could work my typical shot which is a fade and I could tell there was a difference from my old driver. The stock shaft is pretty good but I have AV orange R Shaft and it's an amazing pairing. I would definitely recommend this driver to someone who does have a driver swing speed below 90mph

For the last 5 years I have been using a Cleveland Launcher( MFG date 2003?) and I hit it extremely well. My golf buddy recently bought a Cobra F9 and asked me to try it and to my astonishment I drove the ball farther with his club than I do with my own club SO I started looking for a newer driver. This Srixon looked like it was the closest match to the Cleveland Launcher. I was a little concerned when it arrived because the shaft is stiffer than the Fukishira stiff shaft on my Launcher but, those concerns disappeared the very first drive I used this Srixon on- my golf league started on the back 9 and I nearly drove the 10th hole!! That first drive was right on the sweet spot. Other drives that weren ’ t quite on the sweet spot were still impressive. Tee the ball high( I use marked blue tees) and you won ’ t be disappointed.

I bought this driver after testing out 16 drivers. I love the feel and how the ball comes off the face. With my old driver I was consistently carrying about 225 or 230 and rolling out to 250 on my best day. With this I consistently carry 255- 260 and roll out at 270- 285. I am straighter and longer with this driver.

Purchased this club and was able to use it for a few rounds before the courses closed for the season. Fast two day delivery. I was hitting a Calloway XR Driver, the Srixon was an easy adjustment and I added about 10- yds to my drive. Forgiving and straight. Very pleased with the product. Check the reviews and believe what they have to day about the Srixon Z 785

I got fitted for this after playing G425. I originally got fit for a 50g stiff red Denali, cut down a half inch with a 9 degree head. But when I got it felt different than fitting, too stiff, hard to launch. Returned and ordered a Calloway quantum with red denali, after after waiting just under 7 weeks called Callloway and found out it would be another 5 weeks at least, I could n't take it, went back and my guy at Dick's was very understanding and said that was unacceptable, he knows I play everyday. Went back to G440 but this time I used my own specs, 60g regular flex, 10. 5 head. The 60g is slightly stiffer than 50g regular like an R+, and the head weight went from D3 to D4 which it states on Ping website, and kept standard length which for that shaft is 45. 5. I love it, can launch at will but still keep it down if I want or need to and the head weight gives me a much better feel. I 've been playing a cut down driver for 10 years for control, head always felt light. This feels natural and great and the length is n't a problem either, finding strike as well or better than cut down, with extra length. Saw a great youtube video on this subject where the guy gripped down an inch then 2 inches then cut an inch and cut 2 inches, very eye opening. Main points were his control did n't get any better as it got shorter and the feel changed for the worse. And he pointed out you 're going against the manufactures design when you cut it. Not saying you should n't cut down but not as straight forward as I thought. Bottom line really like this club and gained some distance not because of new club head or engineering, although I think the forgiveness is higher, but from shaft length. The 60g shaft is really stable which if I am losing speed from extra weight is made up for with stability and better strike.

I shattered the shaft of my M4 TaylorMade Driver. When I got to Dicks the gentleman informed me the shaft maker had discontinued my specific shaft. He found a suitable replacement shaft they had in stock, at$ 130 less than my original. Works great! I 'm mashing drives again in 3 days.

I went into the store to look at the Ping G430/440 and the TaylorMade Qi35. I spoke with the gentleman working and after talking for a few minutes it was suggested and I agreed, I should have a driver fitting session. Honestly the Callaway wasn ’ t even on my radar at the time I was just getting back into golf and had done minimal research. But the day came and after hitting approximately 90 balls with every major driver manufacturer it came down to the Ping G430 and the Callaway Elyte. Both drivers felt good but at the end of the session the numbers told the story. I was driving farther and tighter with consistency from the Callaway!! I ’ ve hit the range and a couple of rounds since then and I ’ m extremely pleased with the club. Also worth mentioning is the fitting session was fantastic! It was very interesting looking at the performance numbers.

I purchased the Elyte driver to replace my Rogue ST. The driver is roughly 10 yards longer than the Rouge and does seem to be more forgiving for off center hits as well. I loved the driver so much that I purchased the Elyte three wood to replace my Rogue ST three wood. Completely satisfied with the three wood as well. Well worth the expense.
Custom driver shafts can significantly enhance your golf game by optimizing performance tailored to your swing characteristics. They can improve distance, accuracy, and overall feel, allowing for a more personalized experience on the course. Additionally, the right shaft can help achieve better launch angles and spin rates, contributing to improved ball flight.
Choosing the right custom driver shaft involves considering factors such as your swing speed, tempo, and preferred ball flight. It's important to assess the flex, weight, and material of the shaft to find a match that complements your playing style. Consulting with a professional fitter can also provide valuable insights to ensure you select a shaft that enhances your performance.
Custom driver shafts are typically made from materials like graphite and sometimes steel, with graphite being the most popular due to its lightweight and flexible properties. Graphite shafts can vary in stiffness and weight, allowing for a wide range of customization options. The choice of material can affect the overall feel and performance of the driver.
Yes, custom driver shafts come in various flex options, including regular, stiff, and extra stiff. The flex of the shaft plays a crucial role in how the club performs during your swing, influencing factors like launch angle and distance. Selecting the appropriate flex based on your swing speed and style is essential for maximizing your performance.
The length of a custom driver shaft can significantly affect your swing mechanics and overall performance. Longer shafts may provide increased distance but can also lead to less control, while shorter shafts can enhance accuracy and consistency. Finding the right length is crucial for balancing distance and control to suit your individual playing style.
Many custom driver shafts can be adjusted or replaced to better suit your evolving game. Options such as changing the shaft length, flex, or weight can be explored to enhance performance as your skills develop. It's advisable to work with a professional fitter to ensure any adjustments are made correctly for optimal results.
