I purchased this shaft as a replacement for my Ping G410 stock shaft. The Ping shaft was broken putting my clubs in and out of the car. The Ping shaft was the stock Alta CB 55R. I bought this driver after testing out 16 drivers. I love the feel and how the ball comes off the face. With my old driver I was consistently carrying about 225 or 230 and rolling out to 250 on my best day. With this I consistently carry 255- 260 and roll out at 270- 285. I am straighter and longer with this driver.

For the last 5 years I have been using a Cleveland Launcher( MFG date 2003?) and I hit it extremely well. My golf buddy recently bought a Cobra F9 and asked me to try it and to my astonishment I drove the ball farther with his club than I do with my own club SO I started looking for a newer driver. This Srixon looked like it was the closest match to the Cleveland Launcher. I was a little concerned when it arrived because the shaft is stiffer than the Fukishira stiff shaft on my Launcher but, those concerns disappeared the very first drive I used this Srixon on- my golf league started on the back 9 and I nearly drove the 10th hole!! That first drive was right on the sweet spot. Other drives that weren ’ t quite on the sweet spot were still impressive. Tee the ball high( I use marked blue tees) and you won ’ t be disappointed.
