[ Having only moments to crack open the new shoe box to the start of a long day of tournament matches, the Coco Delray felt like it was personally designed for my feet and knees. The first tennis shoe I have worn not requiring a significant break- in period. There was no need for mid- match Band- aids or doubling up on socks. The wide- set shoelace holes allows me to easily customize the fit yet does n't impact the toe box. Padding and support around the ankles and reinforced mid- sole gave fantastic trusting stability yet the shoe was surprisingly flexible and still felt lightweight at the end of a long day of playing. Playing on both outdoor and indoor courts, the traction pattern and depth on the outsole gripped the court giving confidence in making sharp cuts and quick stops regardless of court condition.

I usually wear a 7. 5 or 8 depending on the brand. I got the 8. I tried on the 8. 5 and they felt better in the store but were too long. After wearing them for one round robin, I am thrilled that I bought these. I do wear thin socks and use a shoe horn to get them on. I get lots of comments about how cute/nice they are also. For the price I got these shoes for compared to other court shoes I ca n't complain. This is my first pair of court shoes and I noticed a significant difference in how I played after using them. They were comfortable and stable compared to my running shoes before. I bought my first pair for$ 45 on sale and I 'm currently looking to get my second pair now 6 months later now that my first pair finally has a hole on the sole. I play 4- 7 days a week and about 3- 4 hours a day if that gives you any idea on how durable they are. I also am not one of those players that slides around like crazy. I occasionally do. I unfortunately ca n't compare them to other court shoes but I really have no desire to spend$ 100+ for court shoes that I know will get beaten to a pulp from wear and tear.
