Perfect for thigh high support stockings. When walking they tend to fall down. They can be fully supported with this garter belt. Works with leg warmers also. Great product and great value. The ankle trap works great and is very comfortable, but it might be worth buy two and using a quick disconnect on each to make working out a lot easier since swapping from one leg to the other is a pain.
