I have had these straps hanging outside in the Florida environment for about 13 years. Every day, all day. I just replaced them with new ones just because the handle rubber split. I dont know of anything that can withstand the Florida elements like that.

I have been using this equipment for over 12 years. I have put it to hard use both inside and out in nature, over tree limbs and pull up bars. It has held up remarkably well. It is also useful as isometric straps. I keep it in a bag in my car when I go on my month long road trips. Originally I owned the first version( which I still have and use) but this version is even better because the straps are wider, the handles allow for comfortable foot straps, which allows for some potent lower body exercises. The handles are thick and comfortable. The adjustments are quick and easy to make. One of my favorite strength and mobility tools.

` I am a 50 year old occasional hiker who has n't had a new pack since college. Just spent 3 days hiking in the Catskills with this pack on my back for 7- 8 hours a day and I love it. Plenty of space and super comfortable. I barely noticed I was even carrying a pack, had zero shoulder or back strain, and like the frame that allows for some airflow through the back area- a big plus hiking in 80+ degree weather. Never had to use the internal rainfly, but that was definitely a selling point for me. Highly recommend!

Bought this for a spring backcountry ski mountaineering trip up to the summit of Shasta. Was absolutely perfect. Jammed everything I needed inside: shovel/ probe/ boot crampons/ ski crampons/ layers/ food/ water/ misc/ etc... Fast in the transitions, great for slinging skis, lightweight, easy to dig around for snacks and layers etc... It's well designed and engineered, feels like it was really purpose built for this specific trip. Kudos to the BD design team.

Perfect Pack for a day backcountry guiding or a multi day backcountry adventure. I use this pack daily. It fits everything I need for a day of splitboarding with room to spare for the extra large puffy on those chilly days. Perfect amount of pockets for me. I put my rescue gear in the front pouch and everything else in the middle. Snacks, headlamp, inreach, etc in the top pocket.
