The machine is of heavy and solid construction which helps make for it ’s very smooth operation that is immediately evident when you use any of it ’s many functions/work out routines. The flywheel is smooth and the magnetic resistance is easy to operate enabling non jerky resistance changes. The seat glides on the rail making rowing for a smooth full body workout. …and when I had issues with the flywheel( possibly working or wearing out) they couldn ’ t fix it so they sent a new machine.
