Thank you Peloton, on December 10, 2024, I was 314 pounds. Today march 24, 2025, I am 220 pounds. 94 pounds lost. I bought my bike, and the peloton instructors, are amazing. I started with a 5 minute ride, did a ton of stretching, now I went 99 days with a workout everyday. I am 56 years old. I completed all of Matt ’s 120, 90, working on 75, lots of 60 minutes rides, lifted weights, walked, all with my peloton app. I can ’ t think all of Peloton for helping me. I love this bike. I never thought that I would enjoy it so much but it ’s been almost 6 years now and everyday there seems to be something new to discover. I picked up Peloton in the early fall of 2019 and of course it carried me through the pandemic but since then the depth of interesting classes and various workouts have kept me going. I threw away my 40 year old stationary bike and replaced it with this one. I am so surprised how quiet it is when I ride it. My old bike had a chain and made so much noise. I think the bike is great. Well built and strong. Seat is large and comfy. It has been over a year that I have not rode a bike so I am starting with less tension and will increase it in time. I like the tension adjustment and the easy height adjustments. I would recommend this bike. The bike was packaged very well and I was glad nothing was wrong with it since the box had seen better days in transit. I also chose not to keep the foot straps on the petals when I ride. This is a very good bike, just not 5 Stars. It meets my requirements and was on sale foe what I wanted to spend. However, the pulse monitor worked for a week. The seat isn ’ t as comfortable as others mentioned, it tilts a little forward, washers under the front screw helped. It's easy to put together except for the tension wire. The instructions don ’ t tell you to rotate the bracket down to the base to anchor the wire, then rotate it back to keep it in place( need pliers for this). Took me more time to figure that out than putting the whole the bike together. There is very little difference between the tension settings. But, overall I ’ m satisfied with the bike.

I have only used it for 5 days and the left side peddle has developed an annoying clicking sound from inside the bike main body. This is very noticeable at resistance settings 1 and 2. As I increase the resistance setting the sound seems to diminish. When I peddle backwards and then resume forward the clicking is gone for about a dozen rotations then returns. I ’ m 70 years old so I use the lower residence setting ’s more often. I use my head phones, crank up the music and tada…… no clicking sound I just feel a slight vibration when the peddle passes the specific rotation point. Easy to put together no real problem. Solid build, except for the clicking sound.

It took about half an hour to put it together with very clear instructions. I 'm 5'11 '' and I 'm on the last adjustment hole. Putting it together required being focused, but it was fairly easy. Once together, it is doing exactly what we bought it to do: getting adequate, easily done exercise for two older folks. I ’ ve got four 45- minute segments and it doesn ’ t give me the same accomplishment from walking outdoors in that same time without turning the resistance past 8 on the 14- levels dial, but I don ’ t miss my outdoor exercise when it ’s 22 degrees and 17 mph wind gusts make walking undoable. Quality of the bike manufacturing is very good. Seat is comfortable and the pedals are easy to secure your foot( adjustable). I researched peddling time and intention settings. First I started at setting 6 for 20 minutes first 2 weeks then split 30 minutes of 10 minutes intervals between 6 and 7 tension settings. Each month. The 6th month I peddled for an hour every other day for a hour. I knew I had nerve damage in my knee I kept my plan. Every passing month I did my bed exercises of leg lifts, scissor kicks and knee bends. 6 months ago I practiced standing my legs were weak. I started exercising every day peddling for a hour at tention 8. Exercising with weights and leg bed exercises. Today I am walking I peddle everyday 10 miles or over do the math. The Sunny peddler never broke down never quit on me. The only thing I changed were the peddles for better traction. I work in 3D modeling and animation. I am 71 I have no pain I take no pain killers. I smile when I look at my machine and my log book noting my milage journey. Sunny is a company offering an amazing product and I thank them.

We are a family that likes to walk outside, some of us daily. Weather often doesn ’ t permit us to do so safely because of ice, snow or rainy conditions. My husband researched and we bought this CrossFit for indoor use every day. It was well packaged and with two people, went together easily. All of us can use this machine by changing the resistance and seats height. We love it so far! It ’s in our living room so we can watch tv or listen to air buds. It makes no sound so far. This is my second Stamina InMotion machine. The first one lasted for five years before one of the pedals started to come loose. [ This is my 2nd Stamina. Wore the first one out. Really helps with knee pain from arthritis. Very little space needed. Hop on while watching tv show and you ’ ve been on for over 30 minutes and not realize it. I recommend the Stamina!

I originally purchased this for my mother- in- law to start exercising slowly. I love the stand up feature, because many steppers I found did n't have this option, and I felt it was important for her to progress. Fast forward a month, she's not used it so I decided to take it back, and I 'm so glad I did! I use it every day, rain or shine, because I can. I like exercising outside also, but this gives you an opportunity to get a quick workout in any time. I use it for running mostly. It took a second to get used to the short stride and learn to balance, but now I ca n't imagine being without it.
