This Victus face cage is very durable! I thought it was going to be cheaply made but was the total opposite. I wanted to use it as a project to create a helmet from a souvenir I got from a sox game. It is too heavy for the project but for a real helmet it is extremely durable. Its thick and heavy though so I wouldn ’ t use it for kids. When it says senior it means Senior.

Impact Absorption: I have n't taken a foul ball directly to the mask yet( knock on wood!), but the padding feels substantial and the magnesium is known for its vibration dampening properties. Safety first! Moisture- Wicking Comfort: The LUC pads are a nice touch. They stay cool and dry even during hot summer games, preventing that annoying sweat build- up. Easy Cleaning: Both the pads and harness are machine washable, making post- game maintenance a breeze. Cons: Price Point: This mask is definitely on the pricier side compared to some traditional models. However, for me, the weight savings and comfort features justify the cost. Sizing: It might be worth trying the mask on for size before you buy. While it fits me well, the fit can vary depending on head shape.
